Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) today announced that Jeffrey A. Joerres, President and CEO, was appointed by its board of directors to the additional position of Chairman of the Board.
Joerres replaces John R. Walter, who was named Chairman of the Board in April 1999. Walter will remain a member of the Manpower Inc. board of directors.
