- Build the membership base – especially in the Asia-Pacific Region.
- Continue to demonstrate the important role that Private Employment Services play in increasing the efficiency of labor markets and consequent productivity improvements in economies.
- Focus on the eradication of agencies within the industry that charge individuals for finding them work.
- Continue to build constructive partnerships and social dialogue with global trade unions.
- Improve the structure and capacity of Ciett in order to better fulfill its role.
- Focus the industry on efforts to eradicate the use of human beings as commodities, especially concentrating on the crime of human trafficking.
